Don Williamson is a CPA licensed in California. He has been practicing in public accounting since graduating from UC Hastings College of the Law in 1987. A life-long resident of Northern California and long-time resident of Sonoma County, he found a great thrill in replacing an arduous commute to San Francisco with a drive so short he might replace it with a bike ride.

Don is a member of various professional organizations including the American Institute of CPA’s and the California Society of CPA’s. He is also an active member in the community. Don has served as a director of the Petaluma Downtown Association and provided entertainment at numerous functions as leader and principal trombone for several local jazz groups.

Henry is a native of Northern California. After receiving his MBA, Henry joined PricewaterhouseCoopers in 1994 where he worked exclusively in the Private Company Services industry. Henry honed his skills with privately-held companies by working in many different industries including manufacturing, farming, distribution, services and not-for-profit organizations in different parts of the United States. Henry has also served many international clients through his tours of duty in Latin American and Europe. Henry has worked on a variety of transactions including acquisitions, bankruptcies, pre-IPO audits, agreed-upon procedures and consulting projects.

Henry joined ZRC in 2010 to dedicate himself more exclusively to small and medium-sized privately-held clients.

Gina is a CPA licensed in California. She has been practicing in public accounting since graduating from Sonoma State University in 2002. She grew up in Sebastopol and has lived in Sonoma County her entire life.

Gina is a member of various professional organizations including the American Institute of CPA’s, the California Society of CPA’s, and the Santa Rosa Young Professionals Network. She acts as a supporting team member for her senior associates in addition to taking a leading role in various tax, accounting and consulting engagements.
